"In my 21 years with the company, I have experienced a lot. I started as a mechanic and have since become a team leader in mechanical assembly at MBRAUN. I never get bored in my field of work, as my job is very varied and independent. The balance between office work, the exchange with colleagues and the proximity to the final product during the assembly of the projects in-house is very important to me personally."

My personal highlight: "Through the experience abroad made possible by MBRAUN, I have developed a great deal of self-confidence in my abilities. Knowing that you have managed to put complicated and large projects into operation according to the customer's wishes has given me a lot in my personal development! I am very grateful for that."

"The proximity to research is very exciting for me personally due to my background in inorganic chemistry. Thanks to the close customer contact, I always stay up to date and think it's great to now provide solutions to problems myself through MBRAUN's products and expertise."

My personal highlight: "What fascinates me about my work is that I accompany every step from the first customer contact, through conceptual design and order generation, to the installation of the project at the customer's site. Seeing how a project is always evolving and what you put together yourself with the help of your colleagues motivates me every day."

"I have a great affinity for numbers and I really enjoy evaluating and analysing! That may sound boring to some, but at MBRAUN I find the work  very varied. I personally find our company size perfect, because we are big enough to be successfully active globally and at the same time, personal interaction and short communication channels within the company are very highly valued."

My personal highlight: "I think it's great that the traditions of the MBRAUN company celebrations, such as the summer party, Oktoberfest and Christmas party, are upheld. This strengthens the team spirit not only within one's own department, but also between different departments, and that simply welds everyone together."

"During my commercial training at MBRAUN, I was able to gain valuable insights into all departments, which is very beneficial to me in my current job. This extensive experience has enabled me to develop a deep understanding of internal processes and our technical product portfolio. To expand my knowledge, I successfully completed a part-time degree programme. Since then, I have been working full-time in marketing, supporting both offline and online marketing as well as internal and external communication. I'm looking forward to the exciting tasks and challenges that await me at MBRAUN."

My personal highlight: "I am proud to have helped set up the MBRAUN online shop. I was given a lot of personal responsibility there and was able to let my creativity run free and gain new insights. Seeing this project being implemented and now in use by our customers makes me happy every day."

"From apprenticeship to deputy head of e-assembly. I have already been working at MBRAUN for 10 years and what I appreciate most is the collegial interaction and the company's willingness to provide personal and professional training. As a trainer in electrical engineering, I also supervise our technical trainees and dual students."

My personal highlight: "My highlight at MBRAUN is that I am given a lot of trust in my independent work routine and that I have been able to learn a lot through various training and further education courses. This willingness for further training has supported me a lot in my development."

"When I started at MBRAUN over 20 years ago, I never thought I would be able to stay at one company for so long. I was always able to take on new and interesting challenges and develop myself continuously. Starting in project scheduling, continuing as a project manager and finally in sales. At MBRAUN, I really like the fact that we have a technically interesting product that our customers use in the development of the latest and most modern technologies. Therefore, we have to react quickly, flexibly and with a lot of know-how to changing requirements. System engineering is a fun team sport and that is our key to success!"
