The MB-GOE system enables optimized and safe management of all glovebox exhaust gases. All gas streams are centrally bundled and discharged in a controlled manner into the on-site exhaust system. Regeneration exhaust gases are also reliably captured, and moisture is specifically condensed in a glass container. The single-point connection significantly simplifies system integration and reduces installation effort to a minimum. At the same time, the system ensures enhanced user protection by preventing potentially hazardous gases from entering the room environment.

The MB-FZ freezers integrate seamlessly into the glovebox and enable precise temperature control of samples and materials directly under inert gas conditions. With an adjustable temperature range from +10 °C to -40 °C and a capacity of up to 40 liters, there is ample space available for a wide variety of applications. The energy-efficient, external compressor ensures reliable cooling performance, while flexible integration into the side or rear wall allows for optimal adaptation to the respective system. The robust, solvent-resistant design and ergonomic construction ensure comfortable handling and unrestricted access to the entire interior.

Thanks to powerful HEPA filtration and a gas-tight blower, consistently high cleaning performance is ensured. Flexible integration and a movable hose allow access to all areas inside the glovebox. In addition, a gas gun facilitates the targeted removal of particles from surfaces and sensitive substrates.

The MB-BS Bottle Storage System offers a smart and space-saving solution for storing solvent bottles directly in the bottom of the glovebox. The rotating reservoir allows up to seven bottles to be stored safely and selected precisely via a numbered system. Operation is convenient via a lockable opening at the bottom of the box, which ensures optimal use of the workspace. Additionally, an integrated solvent extraction system reduces the risk of contamination, while a drain plug allows for the safe removal of spilled liquids. This ensures a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

The MB-Cold-Well is a cooling well integrated into the bottom of the glovebox that enables the storage and handling of temperature-sensitive samples directly within the protected work area. This eliminates the need to transfer samples to external cooling or freezing systems, which not only saves time but also significantly reduces the risk of contamination. Users can conduct their experiments under consistently controlled conditions and benefit from more efficient, seamless workflows within the glovebox.

MBRAUN Voice Control enables convenient and efficient operation of the glovebox via voice commands, without interrupting your work. As an integrated, standalone system, the solution operates entirely without an internet connection and allows you to easily control key functions such as pressure regulation, lighting, airlock cycles, or circulation simply by voice. In addition, important system parameters such as oxygen and humidity levels or temperatures can be queried directly, with the system providing the corresponding information via voice output. This not only increases efficiency but also significantly enhances ease of use, particularly with double-sided glovebox systems where the control panel is not always directly accessible.

Details

When solvents are used inside the glovebox, they partially evaporate and enter the controlled atmosphere. Without appropriate measures, the resulting vapors can lead to material contamination, undesirable reactions, and damage to components and filters. In particular, the filter media can be compromised, which reduces the efficiency of oxygen and moisture absorption. Depending on the application, MBRAUN offers both non-regenerable and regenerable solvent filters that ensure a consistently clean and stable atmosphere inside the glovebox.

Details

The temperature inside the glovebox is a critical factor for stable and safe processes. Excessively high temperatures can compromise or even damage sensitive materials.

MBRAUN offers a variety of targeted cooling solutions for this purpose: Heat exchangers can be integrated directly into the gas circuit and connected to an external cooling unit. Alternatively, a cooling unit can be installed directly on the glovebox. With this option, the desired target temperature can be conveniently set via the glovebox’s touch panel.
