The ECOpure05 and ECOpure20 glass-tube vacuum sublimation systems enable the efficient purification of molecular compounds under high vacuum (<10⁻⁶ mbar). The dual glass-tube design, combined with a three-zone furnace, provides uniform temperature control up to 600°C. Designed for research and development, the ECOpure systems offer simple operation, modular expansion options, and optional automation for precise and reproducible results.
Optional glovebox integration also enables compact and safe operation when processing air- or moisture-sensitive as well as potentially explosive materials.

The OPTIpure50 system enables the efficient purification of medium-sized material batches up to 50 cm³. Its vertical process chamber design combines a compact footprint with optimized heat distribution. Precise multi-zone heating over a temperature range of 50°C to 550°C, together with direct temperature measurement at the material, ensures stable and reproducible processing conditions.
The integrated weighing system is the system's key differentiating feature. It enables fully monitored and automated process control while providing precise real-time yield data throughout the process. This delivers maximum transparency, direct process control, and rapid optimization without interrupting production.
Thanks to its scalable technology, the system can be expanded seamlessly from laboratory research to pilot production as your requirements grow. In addition, ATEX certification ensures safe and compliant operation, even in sensitive and controlled environments.
